Mulai dari memberikan asupan vitamin dan mineral hingga mencegah berbagai macam penyakit berbahaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Meskipun memang lebih banyak manfaatnya, tetapi ada beberapa kondisi yang mengharuskan seseorang untuk tidak selalu mengonsumsi makanan sehat. Salah satu kondisinya saat perut kosong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Jika kondisi perut sedang kosong seperti saat sarapan, sebaiknya menghindari makanan sehat jenis tertentu. Makanan yang dikonsumsi saat sarapan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pencernaan dan memaksimalkan penyerapan nutrisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Oleh karena itu, memperhatikan asupan sarapan menjadi sangat penting. Termasuk mengetahui beberapa jenis makanan sehat yang sebaiknya dihindari saat perut kosong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jus Buah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Jus buah seringkali menjadi menu sarapan bernutrisi dan mampu membuat perut menjadi lebih kenyang. Padahal, sarapan jus buah saat perut kosong bisa memberi beban ekstra pada pankreas. Gula darah itu bisa menyebabkan beberapa penyakit seperti diabetes dan kolesterol tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bahaya Makanan Sehat Saat Lapar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buah Jeruk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Buah jeruk banyak meyakini punya kandungan nutrisi berupa vitamin C dan mineral yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh.
