Jalan kaki merupakan olahraga paling ringan yang baik untuk meningkatkan kesehatan jantung.;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Spesialis jantung dan pembuluh darah dr Dwita Rian Desandri, SpJP(K) menjelaskan, berjalan kaki sebanyak 6 ribu sampai 9 ribu langkah sehari bermanfaat untuk menurunkan risiko penyakit jantung hingga 40 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Memerlukan Oksigen Untuk Bergerak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Menurutnya, ketika berjalan kaki, otot kaki memerlukan oksigen untuk bergerak. Pemakaian oksigen yang terus-menerus membuat jantung terpacu untuk mencukupi oksigen itu dan lama-lama terlatih.
