Karena vaksinasi membutuhkan waktu lama untuk menuju herd immunity seperti yang jadi harapan. Dengan pertimbangan mutasi varian baru, efficacy vaksin, dan perilaku masyarakat. Beberapa negara justru kembali mengalami peningkatan kasus walau vaksinasi sudah mencapai lebih dari 70%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Dokter Spesialis Gizi, dr. Widjaja Lukito, Ph.D. Sp.GK menekankan pentingnya segera mendorong pemberdayaan dan konsumsi pangan lokal untuk memenuhi gizi masyarakat. Mengingat asset Indonesia dalam hal keaneka-ragaman pangan dan sosio-anthropologi-budaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIndonesia memiliki alam yang sangat kaya bahan pangan lokal yang penuh dengan gizi dan nutrisi. Itu jadi kebutuhan tubuh setiap orang di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Sudah saatnya masyarakat kembali mengolahnya secara bergotong royong agar memiliki stok pangan yang cukup,\u201d jelasnya kepada pers, Senin (13\/9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Menurutnya berbagai pangan lokal yang ada di setiap daerah dari bahan buah, sayuran, daging, telur dan ikan mudah untuk mendapatkan. Di setiap daerah ada dan mengandung zat gizi dan zat fungsional yang tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYang harus berlaku saat ini adalah mendorong rakyat di setiap RT memiliki kebun sayuran, kolam ikan dan peternakan. Seperti ayam petelur dengan pengelolaan bersama untuk kebutuhan warga. Dan ini bukan pekerjaan sulit. Tujuannya agar tidak ada lagi masyarakat yang tidak bisa mendapatkan makananan bergizi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKalau ada yang sakit pasti segera terpantau. Dan isoman dengan dukungan warga di RT tersebut. Kalau butuh ke puskesmas atau rumah sakit ada yang nolongin menjadi tanggung jawab bersama,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Meningkatkan Resiliensi Tubuh<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Sebelumnya di dalam Konferensi Nasional Dewan Kesehatan Rakyat (DKR) lewat zoom meeting. Bertema \u2018Meningkatkan Gizi dan Nutrisi Masyarakat Di tengah Pandemi\u2019, Jumat (10\/9). Widjaja Lukito memaparkan berbagai kebutuhan resiliensi (pemulihan daya tahan psikologi) tubuh manusia di tengah wabah Covid-19. Seperti vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, Choline dan Vitamin C. Tubuh juga membutuhkan asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak dan mineral kalsium, besi, magnesium, phospor, dan zink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSemua itu ada pada kacang-kacangan dan umbi-umbian seperti singkong dan berbagai jenis ubi di berbagai daerah. Sayuran dan berbagai buah yang ada di Indonesia. Di beberapa daerah, beberapa contoh seperti <strong>Daun Kelor<\/strong>, rebung bambu, umbu rotan, bayam merah, bengkoang, buah merah Papua. Tumbuhan akway Papua sangat bagus sebagai sumber zat gizi dan zat fungsional untuk meningkatkan daya imunitas dan antioksidan yang perlu bagi tubuh,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Ia menceritakan pengalaman di daerah yang memiliki makanan tradisional seperti yoghurt tradisional dari susu kerbau bernama Dadih di Sumatera Barat. Dan atau Dali Ni Horbo di Sumatera Utara yang mengandung banyak zat gizi dan zat fungsional yang jadi kebutuhan tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJadi, berbagai pangan lokal sangat penting saat ini untuk pertahanan tubuh jangka panjang. Di saat vaksin tidak mampu melawan mutasi virus,\u201d jelasnya menjawab pertanyaan Sandi Gusdian dari DKR Jambi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Ia membenarkan beberapa tumbuhan khas dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia seperti rotan muda di Kalimantan dan sagu dari Papua dan Kepulauan Maluku. Dan juga gula Aren yang sangat berguna untuk mengurangi beban komorbid agar daya tahan tubuh bisa optimal menghadapi berbagai penyakit infeksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDi Papua ada buah merah dan ekstrak kulit pohon akway yang sudah penelitian. Itu memiliki khasiat melawan berbagai penyakit,\u201d jelasnya menanggapi pertanyaan Erlina Loho dari DKR Yalimo, Papua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terpisah<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Sebelumnya, Konferensi Nasional DKR pada Jumat (20\/8) bertemakan \u2018Pandemi dan Bioterorisme\u2019. Kemudian menyusul Konferensi Nasional DKR Jumat (27\/8) yang bertemakan \u2018Perlindungan Diri Menghadapi Covid-19\u2019\u2019. Konferensi Nasional berlanjut dengan tema \u2018Hak dan Kewajiban Rakyat Di Tengah Pandemi\u2019 Jumat (3\/9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Kepada Bergelora.com di Jakarta melaporkan, Rangkaian Konferensi Nasional DKR berikutnya akan ada setiap minggu.
